- Create your PayID in the ANZ App
- Open the ANZ App and tap Profile in the bottom right corner.
- Tap PayID, below Payments.

- Locate PayID Services: Once logged in, navigate to the PayID services section within the online banking interface. Look for options such as “PayID,” “Manage PayID,” or something similar.
- Verify PayID Eligibility: ANZ will verify your eligibility to use PayID. This may involve confirming your identity and providing additional information to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Link Account: Select the ANZ transaction or savings account you want to link to your PayID. If you have multiple accounts, choose the one you prefer for PayID transactions.

- Confirm PayID Setup: After reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions, confirm the PayID setup. This confirmation step may involve clicking a “Confirm” or “Set Up PayID” button, depending on the online banking platform.
- Receive Confirmation: ANZ will provide a confirmation message or notification once your PayID has been successfully set up. Keep this confirmation for your records.
- Share PayID: Inform others that you have a PayID with ANZ. Share your PayID details (such as your mobile phone number or email address) with individuals who need to make payments to you.
To receive payments using PayID, individuals can simply transfer funds to your PayID instead of providing your bank account details. Payments sent to your PayID will be automatically directed to your linked ANZ account.
